The Georgia Souls scores 51 second half points to cruise past Beaufort



The Georgia Soul responded nicely to its only loss of the season, storming past the Beaufort Bisons 77-64 Saturday at Greenbrier Middle to improve to 4-1 in WBCBL action. LaCoya Terry (21 points) and newcomer Morgan Stroman (17) led the way during the team's 51 point second half that turned a 7 point deficit into a comfortable win.

Also contributing were Eboni Fields (9 rebounds and 4 assists); Taylor Ayers (4-5 field goals); Special Jennings (6 assists); and Wilka Montout (8 points).

The Soul hosts the South Carolina Storm June 11 at Evans High.
