North Augusta Sweeps Savannah River Shootout Christmas Tournament championship games

Sarah Crews was a defensive force in North Augusta's win.

The Lady Yellow Jackets, the area's most impressive team this season so far, topped Northwood 47-36 to win the tournament title and improve to 13-0. I will have full highlights, an AugBball story, pictures, and a post game interview posted at AugBball.com by Thursday night.

Collins put an exclamation point on Wednesday's win.

Junior Tez Collins led the boys team's 73-59 charge to a win over Northwood and a Jacket championship with 20 points on a barrage of three pointers and an exclamation point of a dunk in transition. The Jackets are 10-1 and have been red hot much of the season.
