Jordan explodes for 28 and Josey tops Washington County in region play

I said in Will Avery and my game report from Josey's girls' win over Washington County that Josey's Eagle mascot had a lot to celebrate because both the girls and the boys earned wins and established 2-0 region records Saturday. Donald Jordan led the way with 28 points, 26 by the end of the third quarter. The senior scored or assisted on 13 consecutive, unanswered points to close that period with a 53-36 advantage.

Josey goes on the road this week to meet region rivals Glenn Hills (Tuesday) and Westside (Friday).
